HP CDS needed a detailed handover report at the end of each shift so the next shift workers were up to date. They needed it to be quick to complete and detailed enough for the next team to understand. Rapide provided them with the perfect solution.
The solution
Rapide gives HP CDS the ability to send voice messages as part of their handover process. A voice message is to three minutes long so they can cover all the important details quickly. A voice message is also more personal than an email making staff communication more effective. Rapide saves the messages so if staff need to listen to the message again, it’s simple and quick for them to do so.
The recording process is straight forward. At the end of their shift, HP CDS staff simply dial into Rapide and record a voice message. Rapide automatically sends the recording out to the appropriate list of people.
