The challenge
AstraZeneca has a 1,200 strong sales team visiting doctors all over the country. Being away from the office means picking up emails and finding information they need while they are on the road is tricky.
The solution
Kerrie Cooke works in the Communications Team at AstraZeneca and relies on Rapide to send text messages to the sales team almost every day.

When the sales team are out on the road, they rely on Rapide to find phone numbers for staff and clients which are sent directly by text to their phone.
"I answer calls every day from the sales managers at AstraZeneca. They're usually looking for a colleague's phone number or the address of a surgery for their next appointment. Sometimes we help out with traffic information and find alternative routes to wherever they're going too."
