Aviva are the 5th largest insurance company in the world, operating in the UK as Norwich Union.  With a global management team based all over the world, they face a challenge keeping them up to date with key events in the organisation.  

The solution

It's important that information is available to the appropriate staff at the same time no matter where they are at the time.  A Voice Message is recorded which can be listened to anywhere in the world - it's like Aviva's own radio programme.  A text message is sent simultaneously to over 5,000 staff letting them know how to access the recording.  It's available in multiple languages and can be monitored, giving them the power to measure the effectiveness of their internal communications.
