The challenge

Gary Jones is the Customer Enquiries Manager for BOC Sureserve who produce industrial and specialty gases.  His team work on the road delivering products to their customers.  He needs to keep drivers up to date safely and then audit messages sent around the team.    

The solution  

The preferred way to communicate with drivers is text message.  It can be delivered on the spot and picked up at a safe and convenient point later.  Around 3,800 text messages are sent around the team every month.
