The Co-operative Estates rely on Rapide for their crisis management and communication plans. With large tower block offices and thousands of staff they needed to ensure that in the event of an incident they had a well thought out communication procedure.
They now use the Rapide Personal Assistant service to send out text messages to key personnel to alert them quickly to any such event. The RPA’s are already set up with text message templates advising staff of the actions required of them depending on the severity of the incident. Distribution lists are also ready and waiting with employees’ telephone numbers so the Co-op comms team can quickly inform those they need to.
