Combining Voice and Text
There are all sorts of useful ways to join up our services - this is just one example to get you started.
You send out a Voice Message (or your customer calls you) about an exclusive special offer. You've got their attention right there and then, so cut out all the legwork for them to respond - ask them to 'press 1 and we'll text you the voucher straight back'.
There's no dithering around. Your customer - or your staff, it can work internally too - doesn't need to find a stamp, write down a phone number or a website address. Even better, you don't need to buy a phone number, build a website or even buy a stamp to send out the voucher.
