Rapide offer a two tiered conference call platform; basic and enhanced.
The basic conference call
The basic conference call service enables you to set up conference calls with just one simple call to our Rapide Assistants. It can be set up immediately and the platform number can be kept and used over and over again without having to be set up each time. This enables a company to set up once and use multiple times for quick and efficient communication. On top of this an SMS reminder is sent out to each person invited 5 minutes before the conference call begins.
The enhanced conference call
The enhanced version has all of the above and also allows up to 256 people to dial in simultaneously. It also offers a separate speaker and audience line. A live moderator is available to field questions and the entire conference can be recorded for later review.
