The challenge  

As a creative production company, CTN has a reputation for the reliable delivery of innovative communications. However, on the day that a business critical communication was due to be distributed to 16 different countries on behalf of one of their major international clients, a supplier let them down.

CTN risked losing their customer if they didn't find an alternative fast.    

The solution  

Rapide Communication stepped in to bridge the gap. On the same day the 16 sets of recordings were set up, along with the IVR (telephone menu) to make sure that every member of staff from each country listened to the correct message in their own language. The messages were delivered on time and CTN retained their customer.
