Rapide Talk


Rapide Talk gives you all the advantages of having a Rapide Personal Assistant on call but also gives you the flexibility of being able to use your Rapide services 24/7 via your computer. Through the Rapide Desktop application you can send text messages, arrange conference calls, add contacts, manage distribution lists, schedule messages for future delivery, create templates, import distribution lists, manage your directory and review your management information.

To send a message just log on to your account at the Rapide website. Select who you want to send the message to and then type in your text. Click SEND and Rapide does the rest. Or, if you are away from your PC, just call the
Rapide P.A. team, tell them the communication you want to send out and they will do it for you.

Maintaining your data could not be easier - just call the Rapide Personal Assistant team (or email them) with the changes, new starters etc. and we will update your Rapide Database for you. Alternatively you can manage it yourself through the Rapide Desktop application.


All Rapide services also come with the guarantee of excellent service delivery. For all out going text message
solutions we aim for 99.9% service delivery but frequently hit 100%. Voice messages also come with the
additional assurance provided by Rapide Voicemail. If a voice message cannot be delivered successfully it will
be saved and a text message sent to the recipient to let them know they have a voice message waiting.
