Voice Communication

Passionate interactions...
When you want to get more passion or enthusiasm across with your message then a voice message is the ideal solution; adding interaction from the customer can produce powerful results.

Barclaycard sent a voice message to over 100,000 customer landlines as part of a direct marketing campaign. They asked their credit card holders to look out for some important information they would soon receive in the mail. By sparking their customers’ interests in this way they achieved a 21% response rate and increased their revenue by 20%, far exceeding their expectations.
Blow your customers away...
Vodafone made their customer event extra special by using Lewis Hamilton to invite each guest. Attendees were sent a free Blackberry, complete with a personal voice message from Hamilton inviting them to a tour of the McLaren Technology Centre and a spin around the track. By engaging their customers in such a unique way Vodafone were able to impress their guests and ensure their event was a memorable one.

“We couldn’t have done it without you, thank you very much indeed. Our customers were blown away!”
It’s good to talk…
TalkTalk used interactive voice messaging to persuade 100,000 customers to switch from a BT landline to their own. The message offered recipients a 10% reduction in line rental if they changed suppliers. To make the process even simpler customers were given the option of being transferred to a customer service representative there and then. The campaign was an unprecedented success with 19% of customers requesting to be transferred; resulting in a significant increase in revenue for TalkTalk.
