"What I like about the service is the fact I can SMS message multiple recipients from my desktop very easily. It keeps a record of my sent messages allowing me to react quickly and easily to any difficult situations such as the recent inclement weather. The dynamics of the service work well when I need to send quick, simple communications to large groups it makes communicating so much more simple. I find it a real labour saving tool, especially thanks to the reply features of the service"
