The Rapide Personal Assistant team are the friendly faces behind our services. Fast, reliable and efficient they are on call to send your text, voice and email messages for you. They can organise conference calls, create and update distribution lists and even act as your corporate directory enquiries service. All you need to access their help is a phone, so they’re the perfect solution when you’re away from the office or in a hurry.

Rapide Personal Assistants support customers with every aspect of Rapide, providing advice and training to help you get the most from our services. As well as helping you manage your communications they will also endeavour to answer any other queries you may have, even if you’re just looking for traffic news or the contact number of your favourite restaurant!

The team are available 08:00-18:30 Monday to Friday just by calling 1500 from your Vodafone handset
(or 09060001500 from any other network.)
