With Rapide setting up a conference is as easy as 1, 2, 3...

1) Choose a time and date for your conference and assign it a 6 - 20 digit ID number
2) Tell all other participants the unique conference details
3) All participants dial-in to 08717812111 at the agreed time and date, enter the ID number and begin the conference

With the standard conference call service up to twenty participants can engage in a conference simultaneously,
letting you hold important discussions with your staff even when you are geographically apart.

Conference calls can also be set up via your PC
when you subscribe to the Rapide Talk service or
organised via a Rapide Personal Assistant in a
matter of seconds. Your Rapide P.A. will not only set
up your conference call for you but will also send
out text message invites to all attendees for you.
Because they have access to your directory they

can do this with minimum input from you.

All attendees will also receive a text message

reminder five minutes before your conference is due

to start so there is no waiting around for late attendees.
