Aviva rely on voice broadcasts to keep their global communications consistent. They have 50,000 employees based worldwide. Each employee is invited by text to listen to a range of voice messages by key managers. Hosted in multiple languages the service caters for voice feedback from the listener and provides the managers with a wide range of statistics on its success, including the number of callers, their feedback, how long they listened and to whom.

As well as delivering voice messages Rapide can also record your employees’ thoughts on the information conveyed. Interactive messages give the listener the option of which particular part of the message they want to listen to, being put through to a call handler there and then, or recording their free-form feedback. Many of our clients rely on our ‘Team Call & Listen’ service to engage their employees with key information. Employees are advised via text message that they have a new message to listen to and are given a telephone number to dial-in to whenever they are ready.
Rapide also offer a conference call service, the perfect way of getting everyone talking together, even when they are geographically apart. The service even includes text message reminders for the more forgetful. Up to 256 people can dial-in at the same time to a secure line, the service is available 24/7 and all that’s chargeable is the cost of the call.
