Hot Sales Leads via Text Message



The challenge

Enterprise Inns counts an estate of 7000 pubs across England and Wales; they lease their pubs throughout the country but need a way to attract more interest and potential retailers to the business – so more sales leads!

Enterprise Inns wanted a simple way to get new sales leads from their prospective customers. They realised that they needed to grab the prospect on the spot, when the prospect’s interest was at its peak. Rapide came up with the perfect solution.


The solution

Rapide gave Enterprise Inns a short code number that could be advertised on hoardings outside their pubs to capture the interest of passers-by and potential retailers.

The customer’s route is simple. They send a text with the unique location code on the hoarding to the short code number. The customer receives a text back with a short description of the property including the price of the lease.

Rapide convert the customers’ details into an email which is sent to the Enterprise Inns sales team as a brand new lead to follow up on.
