What's new with Rapide
Here at Rapide we are always looking to improve our services and give our customers more ways to Sell More, Inform Fast and Engage Everyone.
So here is a list of just a few of the new features and services from Rapide. Take a look - you probably already have access and could start using them straight away...
Monday 28th September
Rant & Rave

Next month (October) will see the release of the latest version of Rant & Rave. Our development team have been burning the midnight oil to bring you some great new features.
Rant & Rave users will have access to new analytics such as:
Net promoter score (NPS), a new interactive tag cloud and new summary graphs.
To add to your experience, we have added the ability to display other information alongside your feedback, helping you identify messages. For example in a call centre we can now record: customer reference number, agent name, team etc. Just tell us what you want displaying alongside your messages and we'll do the rest.
As well as all this the dashboard will feature a real-time message feed, so you can see messages as they are left by your customers. You will also be able to set-up real time alerts, making sure you always know what your customers are thinking.

0870 Number changes – Conference Call
The new OfCom regulations regarding 0870 numbers mean that Rapide (in common with most of the telecommunications industry!) is changing our 0870 services. Our conference call is moving to a new number: 0871 781 2111. All the existing PINs will work on the new number, and the call charges and service are exactly the same – it is just the number that is different.
Some users may experience difficulty in accessing the 0871 number internationally. If you are running a conference with international callers please contact the Rapide Assistant team (1500 from a Vodafone or 0906 000 1500 from any other phone) to ask for your international access options.
0870 Number changes – Team Call & Listen
The new OfCom regulations regarding 0870 numbers mean that Rapide (in common with most of the telecommunications industry!) is changing our 0870 services. Our Team Call and Listen services will move to new 0871 numbers. All the existing services will work in exactly the same way on the new numbers and the call charges are exactly the same – it is just the numbers that are changing.
For your new Team Call and Listen number please contact your Account Manager on 02476 011 910.

User Guides - We have released a new user guide that shows how to add, delete, edit and merge contacts and lists. To access this all you need to do is log on to Rapide and select User Guides in the left hand menu.

Mobile Internet - We have just launched an innovative new service that allows our customers to access their company directory 24/7 on the move - introducing Rapide Mobile.
With Rapide Mobile you can:
- Have access to Rapide while you are on the move - 24/7
- Access to your company directory straight from your mobile phone
- Compose an SMS from your handset and send to your chosen list
- Record a Voice message using your phone's in-built microphone and send it to your chosen list
- Set-up a Conference Call and distribute the details using SMS, Voice or Email - all from your phone
- Contact a Rapide Assistant to help create and manage your directory and lists
- Bookmark the website for quick and easy access
- Quickly search your entire directory when you need to find that key contact

Rapide Mobile is available for FREE to all subscribers of our Premium service.
Rapide Mobile is compatible with GPRS but we recommend using a 3G enabled phone for the fastest possible service.
Text - we have already improved the Text Broadcast service with a new, easier to use upload screen AND added Extended Text Messages (up to 450 characters). Now ALL our Desktop customers can manage their scheduled text messages and scheduled conference call reminders through the Desktop application. So if the meeting moves you can simply delete your scheduled message on screen.
Voice - has exciting and new features...you can now send voice messages straight from Desktop! With just a few mouse clicks you can send your prerecorded message to any distribution lost, or resend a voice message that you have used before. You can even schedule your message to go out at some future time/date.
Rapide Voicemail - sometimes your voice message just does not get through. And although Rapide users enjoy >90% success on voice message delivery, we wanted to do better. Introducing Rapide Voicemail! Now, if we can't get through and deliver your voice message, we will automatically save it to Rapide Voicemail, and then text your Recipient telling them that they have a message waiting. Please note - this service is currently available for UK customers only.
Rant & Rave - our award winning customer feedback service goes from strength to strength with new capability to manage multiple categories, allow the Administrator to change feedback scores and categories, and an improved faster Tag Cloud.
