Innkeeper’s Lodge, owned by Mitchells & Butlers, have 80 hotel locations across the country offering its customers quality, satisfaction and value.

A national advertising campaign promoted their ‘advanced saver’ offer but Innkeeper’s Lodge wanted an immediate response mechanism so customers excited by the offer could request a brochure straight away. Rapide had the answer.


The solution

Innkeeper’s Lodge were given a short code number to use on their national advertising campaign which was featured in the national newspaper, News of the World which has an outreach to more than 4 million readers.
