SMS Broadcast:
At Rapide we specialise in the delivery of fast, reliable SMS. We deliver around 2 million text per month for over a third of the FTSE100. We offer services that allow you to send SMS from any internet connected PC to mobile and vice versa. When your Internal Communications department need to send out short and sharp updates immediately, then Rapide Desktop services offer incredible levels of functionality.
Voice Broadcast:
For detailed messages with more impact voice broadcast works perfectly (for messages up to 3 minutes in length). In an internal communications environment it can sometimes make more sense to record a spoken message and have it delivered to recipient’s phones as a normal phone call. This way you proactively message your audience and, with only 1 call, still manage to reach everyone personally. Should your recipient not answer the phone then the message is stored centrally and the target is invited by SMS to dial in and listen to the message at their own convenience resulting in near 100% delivery rates!
Team Call & Listen:
Our Team Call & Listen services (IVR) are platforms built to host messages over 3 minutes long, which an audience dials into to hear. The system can host multiple messages that can be accessed by various easy to configure menu systems. They can collect feedback from your callers and provide a great way of delivering detailed messages such as corporate announcements, end of year results or incident and disaster responses to a mass audience quickly and easily. Messages can be recorded in advance or on the fly as the audience are invited to call using SMS or email. Team Call & Listen is the perfect tool for managing internal communications in a consistent and planned manner.

British Gas Business (BGB) came to Rapide when they wanted to find a new and engaging way to deliver strategic information in a way that would suit their diverse, busy people.
Rapide set BGB up with an enhanced ‘Team Call & Listen’ service, a voice message hosting platform that had its own dedicated phone number. This Internal Communication solution allows employees to call this number and listen to pre-recorded messages from senior members of BGB management, discussing a number of key issues and questions raised by employees over the previous months.
