This year’s Flora London Marathon attracted over 30,000 runners – as well as Rapide’s very own Sam Taylor and Ian Hurst. They took on this challenge for the charity, Phabkids and in the process raised over £3,100!

For both Sam and Ian, their first marathon was quite a challenge but they both successfully completed it in good time. Sam crossed the line in an amazing 3 hours 25 minutes beating his goal with five minutes to spare! Ian faced initial challenges when his knee injury flared up, but finished it in a fantastic 4 hours 46 minutes.

Both are ecstatic to have completed their first marathon and are really pleased with the amount raised for Phabkids.

Rapide have raised over £6,000 in the last 18 months for a range of local, national and international charities.
