This year’s Spring Bank Holiday saw heavy rain in Central London, but it didn’t affect the spirits of the Rapide team who managed to raise £1,500 for their local charity, Myton Hospice in the BUPA London 10k.

Fourteen of the 25 strong staff, along with some friends and family went down to London to sample the new 2012 Olympic route. The team consisted of a range of levels from fitness fanatics to first time runners and everybody completed the course to the applause of the London crowd.

Rapide have raised over £7,500 over the last 18 months for a range of local, national and international charities.
