Rapide helps the Border and Immigration Agency manage over 10,000 appointments per month!

The Border and Immigration Agency's Public Enquiry Offices (PEO's) have reduced their 'no show' figure by 4% using Rapide's text messaging system.
The PEO's are located throughout the UK seeing approximately 500 applicants every day to offer a 'same day' process. The problems arise when the applicant does not attend the appointment or is late. The Agency asked Rapide to find a simple solution to reduce their 'no show' figure.
Rapide was pleased to help. The Agency adds names and phone numbers of the applicants to the Rapide database and Rapide sends text messages to the applicants on the day to remind them of the appointment. The text message includes a phone number to call if they are unable to attend. |
The result - the Immigration Agency has reduced the number of 'no shows' by 4% using Rapide's system. The service has been rolled out UK wide and is helping support the smooth running of these busy offices. |
