Important changes to the Rapide Voice Message service
Date: 8 October, 2007

Rapide have changed the way the voice system works. You will still have three minutes to record your message but you will now be prompted by a ‘beep’ when you have 15 seconds left on the recording giving you that time to finish your message properly and that’s not the only change.

If you go over three minutes, the system will put you through to an automated menu. You will hear a message asking if you want to save and send your message as it is or whether you want to re-record the message. Keeping your message under three minutes ensures it is within the limits set by the mobile providers.
