On Monday 26th May 2008, 14 members of the Rapide team plus an additional 3 members of friends and family are taking part in the BUPA 10k run in London whilst raising money for local charity, Myton Hospice.
The charity with bases in Warwick, Rugby and Coventry, provides free Specialist Palliative Care for adult patients who are terminally ill, through their day hospices and home service. They are currently running a £5million Capital Appeal to build a new 20-bed hospice in Coventry.

The Rapide team includes seasoned runners like Sam and Ian (fresh from their successful London marathons) with others less keen on running, like Di, Julie and Hazel, taking the 6 miles at a more leisurely pace. But at whatever speed they choose, all are racing to raise money for this fantastic charity.
