Using Rapide’s debt collection system, Solihull Community Housing (SCH) have increased response rates to an outstanding 80%!
The Income Collections Team at SCH looks after tenants, including any payment problems they have. Traditionally they sent letters to solve these issues, but found it to be slow and inefficient, with low response rates from tenants.
SCH found that sending debt collection text messages to tenants rather than letters was far more cost effective so decided this was the direction they should take.
They send text messages to tenants every day through Rapide, encouraging them to call the Income Collection Team to repay their debt.
