Rapide developed an automated service for Hagemeyer which contacts all 800 drivers every month and the high mileage users twice a month to keep the figures up to date.
The process is simple. Rapide send all the drivers a text message asking them to reply with their registration number and mileage. If they do not respond, they are sent a reminder voice message from a senior staff manager requesting the same information as the text message.
This process saves Hagemeyer time every month. It also helps avoid expensive charges from their vehicle company if drivers go over their agreed mileage limits.
