• Open your email client (Microsoft Outlook, Lotus Notes, etc)
• Write an email
• Click the ‘Rapide’ button to send as a voice or text message, fax or pager to multiple mobile and landline phones.

You can even forward your emails to your mobile phone so important information really is at your fingertips when you’re out and about.

Reminders on the move
When you’re out of the office and don’t have constant access to your diary you may struggle to remember where you’re supposed to be and at what time. Rapide Outlook automatically sends reminders as a text message to your mobile phone from your email system making sure you’re where you are supposed to be.
