By using a short code number you can give your customers immediate information, straight to their mobile phone when they are out and about. If they want to know more about the menu or opening times or where the nearest pub is they can simply send a text.

One of our customers, Innkeeper’s Lodge, used this immediate response mechanism to send further information to customers excited by the offer advertised. Reservations – booking a slot

The hotel chain, Premier Inn use Rapide daily to send text messages to remind their customers who book through their online system about their reservation details. Not only that, they give the customers the opportunity to book dinner reservations at the same time by simply replying back to the text.
