The challenge

PartyGaming is the world’s leading online gaming company with employees located in service providing offices throughout the world. Being based internationally it is important that everyone in the Group is kept up to date with a consistent message.

Mitch Garber, CEO at PartyGaming Plc wanted to wish the Group a ‘Happy New Year’ and inform them of the Group targets for the year ahead including the new reward scheme. But he wanted to make sure he gave them the good news himself. Rapide had the communication tool he needed.



The solution

Rapide supports PartyGaming with their Team Call & Listen service. We enable Mitch to record a message at any time and allow over one-thousand members of the Group to dial in at once – creating a consistent and well timed message from the CEO.

Mitch was then able to view the statistics on the number of employees who dialled in, ensuring that this style of communication was valued by its users.
