Rant and Rave - the survey brand of Rapide has become an award winner in its own right! The service is designed to enable companies to collect feedback from customers at the exact time or point of their experience. Rant and Rave can receive feedback from mutliple channels, whether that's from a mobile phone call, a text message, an email or comments left by visitors to a website. This information is scored and can be viewed, in real time, by the company in the form of a powerful, user friendly online dashboard. This dashboard clearly summarises the feedback into a series of charts and graphs that lets you view how well the company is performing. On top of this, there is a Sentiment Engine which can carry out a number of clever tasks such as analysing what is being said about an organisation on blogs, websites, e-zines and much more. It intelligently analyses the words used and turns them into quantifiable measurements and statistics.
The award itself has been given to Rant and Rave by the Warwickshire and Coventry Chamber of Commerce as winner of their 'Innovation Through Technology' category. It doesn't stop there though! Rant and Rave has now been put through to the national awards and is in with a good chance of becoming the national champion of Innovation Through Technology.
