Rapide achieves significant business growth milestones in 2010


Technology company ends 10th year of business with record turnover, major new clients and a 53% increase in staff.

Coventry, 16th February, 2011 - Rapide Communication Ltd, the UK experts in Customer and Employee Engagement ended its tenth year of business having met ambitious revenue targets and made significant advancements in the size and scope of its index. In 2010, Rapide signed enterprise level solution agreements with numerous clients, agreed on a partnership deal with Attensity Europe, opened offices in Ireland and introduced version 3 of Rant & Rave, their award winning text analysis solution.


Throughout 2010 the company also consistently scored above 90% in the percentage of clients who would strongly recommend them to another organisation. Rapide have also doubled the amount of staff they have, with significant investments in both the customer relationship and technology development teams. This confirms the company’s commitment to investing in excellent service delivery, whilst maintaining an innovative approach to their technology.


Significant client acquisitions include BP in Australia, a UK & global agreement with Atos Origin, and a Europe wide agreement with Orange Europe. Brands including Barclays and Lloyds have also indicated their continued commitment to Rapide by signing contract extensions.
