Rapide Awards


At Rapide we take pride in our work with our customers and have received industry recognition for our products and services. We have also helped our clients win awards for implementing our solutions within their organisations.

Rapide were awarded the national winner of the Award for Innovation Through Technology at the Chamber Awards 2008. The organisation won the Dell sponsored award because the judges were impressed by their original and thoughtful entry which encapsulated an open and intelligent approach to innovation.

Rapide left stiff regional competition standing as it scooped the top prize and a cheque for £2,000 at the coveted ICT Excellence Awards 2008. Working closely with Birmingham University to develop its market leading technology, Rapide won the Best Innovative Service Award and was named Overall Champion for our Rant & Rave service.

The National Business awards recognised Rapide by nominating the company for - 'The Orange Best Use of Technology in Business' and 'The Business Innovation of the Year Award'.


The Hotel Marketing Association (HMA) honoured Premier Inn with the ‘Best Use of Technology 2007’ accolade for use of Rapide’s Enhanced Booking Confirmation System.

The judges at the HMA Marketing Awards were extremely impressed with the solution:

“It helps them to solve a problem by positioning this service as added value to the customer. Not seen before here in UK - but take up by other hotels will follow as it is so effective.”


Kathryn Satchwell and Joanne Kay were awarded the gold medal in the Linde Group regional ‘Leading Spirit’ awards following the implementation of Rant and Rave into their Worsley call centre.
