Understanding what our customers think

You may have noticed that since the start of the year you have received emails asking you for your feedback. These emails are sent whenever you use a Rapide solution and they are designed to be quick and easy to use - don't worry, you will only receive one of these every 7 days (not every time you use the service!). The information we gather from these emails is used to enhance the services we offer you.

The service we use to gather feedback is Rant & Rave, our own Customer Insight Solution for which we have won numerous awards.


So what is Rant & Rave?


customer insight dashboardRant & Rave is all about capturing feedback when it matters; as soon as the customer has experienced a service or purchased a product. Feedback can be captured in a number of ways, from SMS and Email to a form on your website.

To make it easier for the customer and more insightful for your organisation, we ask the customer for their comments and not specific questions. We then use our cutting-edge technology ‘The Sentiment Engine’ to process what is being said. This allows your organisation to get a deeper understanding of what your customers are really thinking. All this is then presented inside the Rant & Rave Dashboard where you are given a clear overview of how your customers are rating you. You can then reply to customers, whether it’s to inform them an issue has been resolved, send them special offers or simply thank them for their feedback.
