How it works
(1) All items of feedback undergo linguistic analysis, where they are checked and corrected for spelling and slang and broken down into their correct grammatical components (nouns, verbs etc).
(2) Each insight in an item of feedback is then subject to sentiment analysis, where exactly what the customer is talking about is identified and whether they are referring to it in a negative or positive light is discovered. All items are scored accordingly.
(3) All this information is then presented back to business leaders on an easy to read dashboard which displays real time graphs, statistics, categories and league tables as well as the customer comments themselves. Providing decision makers with an instant overview of how their brand, products and services are being perceived, instantly highlighting strengths and weaknesses.
(4) The dashboard itself is highly configurable, allowing those viewing it to fine tune what they see depending on their own business needs. Insight displayed can range from general customer comments to how they feel about the taste of the latest product.
(5) Feedback is organised in to a Taxonomy-a logical structure that allows information to be viewed in as much detail as required. Sentiment scoring can be adjusted leaving the viewer in complete control.
