Staff opinion surveys are a good way to find out important information about your company.
You can give your staff an incentive to encourage feedback or explain what the purpose of the survey is and what the benefits will be to staff who participate.
An interactive video call (IVC) is a convenient way to do this. Your team are played a video explaining the survey while outlining the benefits and then given a number of options:
- Take part in the survey - (Via a link to a WAP site, or transfer to a call centre)
- Record a video - (you may want staff to record a video as part of the survey)
All information from the video call can then be collected into a database instantly, ready for you to analyse the results.
Video surveys don't have to be restricted to staff communication, it can also be a fun way to capture your customer's details.
