Two Way Text Messages
Text sent. Text reply. It's a simple concept. Communication isn't just about pushing information at other people, it's about sharing it both ways.
A reply in the traditional way - a person uses the keypad on their mobile phone and a message goes back to the sender.
Give your team a single central number, they send messages that you can pick up online, instead of overloading your phone. It makes them much easier to see and handle.
The whole reply system can be automated and intelligent - 'reply to this text with 'yes' and we'll add you to our subscriber list.' Or, 'reply with 'voucher' and we'll send the voucher direct to your phone.'
Here's an example - A phone number is advertised in the fan's newsletter. They text in with a keyword to indicate the service they'd like. We text them back with the score as it happens.
